A new co-living project envisioned to create a community within the frame work of traditional residential zoning. The project consists of two mirrored halves on two adjacent standard sized city lots (5,000sf ea). Each half of the project has a new home and attached ADU. A central courtyard is created between the two L-shaped buildings which is flanked by common covered outdoor areas at two levels. The project works to provide plenty of opportunities for both gathering and privacy.
